Patricia Polacco

I now have a link to author Patricia Polacco's website as well as Storyline Online, where her book Thank You Mr. Falker can be heard. There are also two other great links for studying Patrica Polacco. She is a fascinating author, with over 40 books to her credit. Nearly all of her books have been inspired by events in her life or the lives of her family of storytellers.

Free Weblogs in Education workshop!

If you are a Georgia State student and interested in Weblogs, now is your chance to attend a free workshop and create your own blog! The workshop is Wednesday, 9/28/05 from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. I wish I could go, but I'll be on my way to California. Register online at http://itc.gsu.edu/workshops

New Links!

Well, now I've added some new links to explore. Some are for sites I've recently discovered during an assignment in Children's Literature for trends in Blogs and E-books. The GSU Library Media Technology site is the main site for people who want to find out information about the program. My website is a project in-the-works. Have fun exploring!

Getting Started

Hi everyone!

This is a test to show how easy it is to set up a blog. It only took me about 3 minutes and now I'm "official". I plan to link to great library blog sites and other helpful sites as well as my website.

Happy Blogging!
